We specialise in manufacturing custom jeans, tailor made jeans for men and women specifically made based on your selection of fabric, fit and measurement details.

After my first order of custom made jeans, will I have to provide measurement and other specifications again the next time I order?

No, the details of your last order of custom jeans and your measurements will be saved in your profile. You can login and simply re order. You can also make necessary changes in your saved measurement for your next order if you wish. We highly recommend when you change your measurements in your account also please drop us an email regarding your changes and preference. We check and every email personal and communication on email will help us to know what you are looking for

Can I make changes to my order of custom jeans or cancel order once placed?

If for any reason you would like to change your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Just email us with the subject line of Change Request To Order Number **** to 'support@madetoorderjeans.com'.

Can I have specifications/ details added to my order which are not provided in the options shown by you?

Yes, there is an Instruction section right below the measurement page where you can give additional details. We will confirm within 24 hours in case it is not possible to process based on the additional specifications.

Is there a size restriction of custom jeans for men and custom jeans for women?

There is no size restriction, as these are made especially for you.

For whom do you make made to measure jeans?

We make custom jeans for all sizes and shapes. We take online orders for customised jeans for men, women and children. We make custom jeans for very tall men or custom jeans for tall women, custom made jeans for plus size men and women, custom jeans for petite men and women. We can provide you the option of elastic in the waist band if you desire.

Do you charge extra for large size custom made jeans?

Yes, there is nominal extra charge for large sizes. Our jeans start from USD 69 and above waist size 40 there will be extra charge. Please note we offer free shipping worldwide.

Do you make custom made to order selvedge denim?

Yes, we can make selvedge denim custom made to your measurements. Please look at our selvedge denim fabic collection in the designign sectio. We can also clone any of your jeans using selvedge denim fabric. Selvedge denim is very durable and can last longer. All our selvedge denim fabcis are from the best mills in Japan. is nominal extra charge for large sizes.  

How do I take my measurement for custom made jeans?

Please refer our measurement guide which will help you take measurement either based on body measurement or garment measurement.

I have a favourite pair of jeans and I wish to have another jeans which is exactly the same fit.

Please visit our “Clone a jeans” section, follow the instructions and then you will have your cloned jeans in the stipulated time.

What is the delivery period once I have placed my order of made to measure jeans?

On account of the recent Covid19 situation our current delivery and shipping schedule is delayed and is around 4-6 weeks. Once ready to dispatch we will update you with the tracking number so that you can track your shipment online.

How can I track my order?

We will be emailing you updates on what's happening with your order and once it is shipped we will send you your FedEx tracking number via email and you can track your shipment right to your door.

What is the cost of shipping customised jeans in my country?

Our shipping is free worldwide. You just need to pay the cost of jeans

Do you ship to PO boxe?

For security reasons, Fed ex do not ship to P.O. boxes, kindly provide us with your residence or office address.

I would like to send my order as a gift - how do I enter name and address of the recipient

If you want the jeans to be delivered to an address other than yours, you may do so at the checkout page – shipping address can differ from billing address. Also if you want we can send a gift card along with the jeans.

Can the payment for tailored jeans be made on delivery?

No. Payment has to be made at the time of placing the order as these are custom made only for you.

What are my payment options for tailored jeans?

We accept payment through Paypal to ensure your payments are absolutely secured. You can use your credit card for making payment through paypal.

Is ordering over the internet secure?

Yes. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in order to ensure that your order is secure. SSL encrypts the transmissions from our ecommerce servers as well as your computer. SSL encryption works by forming a matched pair with the transmission from your computer transmission and our server, so that only data to and from these sources can be valid.

Is my personal and credit card information safe on your website?

Yes. We've taken several steps to ensure all information received from our online visitors is secure from unauthorized access and use. All transactions are completed on a secure server.

At made to order jeans we take utmost care to ensure that our products meet quality standards and are made specifically as per your instructions. As these are custom jeans - each of the jeans is individually made and hand crafted - there is always a possibility of actual measurement to vary slightly from the given measurements. But before we dispatch there is a strict quality check and we dispatch only after we are completely satisfied about our product. Please note when you provide body measurement the actual measurements are made in a manner to fit you according to the body measurement and the style chosen. The actual jeans measurement may not match your body measurements.

You can request for a redo of the jeans without any cost in the following situations -

• The measurement of the jeans is not within the tolerable limits of the measurements in your profile
• There is an error in our part in terms of order execution or shipment.

As these garments are custom made specifically for you we do not provide any refund. We have been making custom jeans for long and have found that if you measure according to our instructions given the possibility of any error is minimal. You shall have seven calendar days to claim for any redo of the jeans. If the claim is not made by the client within 7 calendar days MTOJ shall be relieved of any obligation and or liability to the client. MTOJ shall within 45 days after the claim has been proven for product default remake a new pair absolutely free of basic cost.
