Shipping
We ship our made to measure tailored jeans worldwide – shipping is free. You have to pay only for the cost of the jeans. FedEx is our shipping partner. Our jeans are tailored to your requirements and our shipped within 2-3 weeks. Once ready to dispatch we will update you with the tracking number so that you can track your shipment online. Our customer support team will be in continuous discussion with you all the time and assist you with your order.

As stated above shipping is free worldwide.
Delivery
Delivery is made to the address specified by you at the time of placing the order on the website. P.O. addresses are not accepted by our shipping partners. In case you need to change the address please do so within 4 days of placing the order. Made to order Jeans shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client or in case of no show at the address provided.
Payment
The product price will those applicable on the date of placing the order on the website as displayed on the website except where the client has been given any discount coupons. The price shall be paid in the currency shown on the website. Client has to make full payment at the time of placing the order through the secure payment system on the website. Our payments are through Paypal – you can use your credit card while making payment through Paypal. MTOJ reserves the right to change the price of the products at any time without prejudice to ongoing orders.
Shipping address other than billing address
If you want the jeans to be delivered to an address other than yours, you may do so at the checkout page – shipping address can differ from billing address.
Return and Refund
At made to order jeans we take utmost care to ensure that our products meet quality standards and are made specifically as per your instructions. As these are custom jeans - each of the jeans is individually made and hand crafted - there is always a possibility of actual measurement to vary slightly from the given measurements. But before we dispatch there is a strict quality check and we dispatch only after we are completely satisfied about our product. Please note when you provide body measurement the actual measurements are made in a manner to fit you according to the body measurement and the style chosen. The actual jeans measurement may not match your body measurements.
You can request for a redo of the jeans without any cost in the following situations -
- The measurement of the jeans is not within the tolerable limits of the measurements in your profile
- There is an error in our part in terms of order execution.
As these garments are custom made specifically for you we do not provide any refund. We have been making custom jeans for long and have found that if you measure according to our instructions given the possibility of any error is minimal. You shall have seven calendar days to claim for any redo of the jeans. If the claim is not made by the client within 7 calendar days MTOJ shall be relieved of any obligation and or liability to the client. MTOJ shall within 45 days after the claim has been proven for product default remake a new pair absolutely free of basic cost.
